Hey Rob, Lovely Chachalaca, Nice and sharp where it counts and nice head turn. This is obviously a very well camouflaged bird. I think brightening the eye a bit and removing some of the oof grass blades from the right hand side would improve it. Can't understand why your image has been ignored since noon today? Congrats

Agree with Brian, and would add that the bird is oversharpened, and the image is rather flat. I would add some more contrast.
