What a beautiful little bird. I like the perch, angle, look-back pose and sharpness and only find that blade of grass in the foreground a bit distracting.

Indeed a beautiful bird. I like everything about it, apart from the distracting foreground. I hope we can see more of this series. Congrats.

Beautiful bird and lovely perch. Only wish the bird filled more of the frame.

I love the composition, the bird itself and the overall colours. The grass does catch the eye, but only really at the point where it meets the perch, where it looks a bit unnatural. Lovely image - worth doing something with that bit.

Beautiful bird Mital. Nice perch and nice BG. Really sharp as usual.

I did some work on your image (hope you don't mind). I came up with a slightly tighter composition and I got rid of the grass in the foreground. Maybe the grass behind the tail should go too...but left it there since it's not as distractive.

Hope you like it.<O:p</O:p

beautiful bird and background. I too would like to see it a little tighter in the frame. The repost is nice.. Have you considered a vertical crop?

I love that bird, the soft green colors, the perfect head angle, the original post, and the repost. There is a green o-o-f something between you and the bird's lower back. In the original post the stuff to our left of the bird is so enchantingly beautiful that I would have pointed the lens all the way to the right after focusing and placed the bird on the right side of the frame looking out of it. Rules are made to be broken, especially when you have a good reason....

Beautiful image and the colors are great. I think the BG is more interesting than distracting. I like it w/ a tiny slice off the top. I wish you had composed it differently.

I really like your comp, with lots of space. Super pose, well exposed, sharp, and like the soft light in this.

Beautiful shot Mital, love the greens and all the detail. I prefer a slightly tighter crop but no as tight as Eric's. still want the grass to be visible. Wish the OOF strand that was blocking the legs and wings was not there.

Surrounding, perch, bird and colors are beautiful. good sharpness as well.
I think I would composed it differently, maybe placing the bird in the ULC

What a bird, love it. The re-crop is adding to the composition,
I'd try a vertical one too. Excellent feel overall.
