Rare Bird in Arizona

This Wood Stork has only had 5 reported sightings in Arizona since 1990. The juvenile has been here for a little more than a week and seems quite comfortable mingling with the other shore birds.

i was able to see this wood stork and photograph it, definitely the highlight of my day. wish i could have seen it feeding though
