Very nice. Love the little bit of color in the bill and the ripples. I might tighten the composition a bit , but that is just my own taste.

I love the seamless background and color. A bit of Shadows & Highlights just to show some form in the bird might be useful as well as toning down the bright patches in the ripples. All up a beautiful shot to my eyes! I have no problems with the framing.

I like the idea of this image but I think that you went a bit far with the color saturation and that makes the image looks very unnatural. The texture of the water is really nice.
