Another image I made at Sandy Hook yesterday morning about 30 minutes after sunrise.

Beautiful light Axel. I have almost the same image but mine has a gold ban in it. Love the pose and the piece of shell. Nice details and colors.

Light is great as is the pose. :) I am in two minds about the shell being right where it is, but I guess that's how it was. I'd probably leave it too if it were mine. :)

A very striking image. That very early light has produced really intense colours. I might be tempted to back off the saturation a little, but it's a cracking shot!

Thanks, Ian! I didn't change the saturation, the light really was this intense.

I did think it was natural - I often get the same effect on my pond shots. On occasions I do actually desaturate them a little so I don't need my sunglasses!

Awesome light and I love the dynamic pose - the shell adds substance too. Am I crazy or does this need a tiny hair of CW rotation???

Thanks, Philip! I already applied some rotation and it looks straight to me. Let's see what other people think.

Sweet light Axel, which in turn has given you lovely warm colours. The angle couldnt be any better, and just love that eye. Great capture.
