I like the eyecontact and the details in the image. The composition is a bit centered to my taste. Well done in getting close to this fellow.

Nice details on the bird with a pleasing background. I'd crop this to more of a square format as it feels like there is too much room at the top creating a very centered composition.

Very sharp with an excellent EXP as expected. Love the HA and the bit of seed in the bill. Light angle also right-on.

The foreground leaf is a big distraction and the comments on the COMP are right on. This type of image can be extremely awkward and the extra room above does not help things.

Exposure, BG and sharpness look very good. Adding to the other comments, I would remove the bright spots on the lower mandible.
