Before I dd the B&W conversion, I took a 3 image HDR then added Lucis Art to bring out the detail. Finally used SilverFX to do the B&W conversion.

i really like this better in B&W. I'm from Philly and brings back memories. When I lived there, those tall buildings were not there. Philadelphia had a rule that no building could not block the view of Billy Penn on top of city hall.

I heard they ended up putting Billy Penn higher up to accommodate the height issue.

There was a so called Philly curse for blocking Billy Penns view and was believed to be the reason why the Phillies couldn't win the series. So in 2008 someone put a small statue of Billy on one of the tallest buildings and "viola" the Phillies won the world series.
