The storm left some great tidal pools on the beaches this morning. Light didn't last long but there were a few opportunities. Lou said it best when he said that we often overlook the species that are common to us in favor of capturing a more exotic species. We need to remember that even the most common/plentiful species can look great in the right light and setting.

I like the composition, sharpness, serene mood and reflection. I would remove the dust spots and it looks as if there is some vignetting.
