This Harvestman (aka Daddy Longlegs) looks like a spider, but is actually in a different Order (Opiliones). They have only one body part, no venom, and do not produce webs. 40D, Canon 180mm f/3.5 macro + 1.4X, 1/8 sec, f/16, ISO 400, tripod, mirror lock, cable release, macro twin light used as fill. Comments are welcome.

Steve, I like the sharpness and the lighting. Your green BG leaves almost steal the show. Amazing the detail on some of the legs!!

Can't get any sharper then this. Detail is over the top. One sweet capture.

Very sharp, like the Bg. Good job, that's the only spider i would get close to:D

Very nicely done, Steve. Yes, great details on the spider and all but the biggest kudos has to be that you took a busy BG and made it really pleasing to look at. There are no dark /undetailed areas and nothing is distracting the viewer from the spider. Very well exposed and nicely done!

Hey Steve,
Spider is tack sharp....would have preferred front leg not to be cut.....but considering the DOF issues with this one......nicely done!
