Just another pigeon image. Hope Im not boring you with these guys. My own critique is the beak blending in with the BG.

I like the sharpness, wing position, eye contact and BG. I might give it a bit more room and would lighten the shadows and tone down the highlights some more.

The contrast of the bird against the background works well. Nice wing position captured.

Great capture. Pose, sharpness and background are fantastic. Agree w/ Axel on toning down the whites a bit.

I think this rocks Bru! ;) I cannot see the problem with the beak. The wings are spot on, beautiful plumage perfect contrast with BG. TFS mate. Bring 'em on! :)

I like how well the pigeon stands out against this dark background. I think we all have our obsessions here. Let's see some more!

Hi stu, I think has been said. I think you are right the beak does need a bit more definition. (What did it look like before sharpening?
