I like the soft light and you have done well with the exposure and focus. DOF cover both birds well and I like their placement in the frame. It may have been an option to catch the one in profile with it's head raised so it wasn't obscured by the grass. I think this would have made a nice focal point as I find it hard to choose a clear subject with the overlapped birds. The one with it's head raised draws the eye but the my eye keeps going back to the partially obscured one in profile. The layered colours and textures work well to highlight the birds.

A beautiful setting to complement the birds in nice soft light. I like the two birds perpendicular to each other but do wish the the bird in its rear had its head slightly raised.
