Not a big canadien goose fan. But I suppose only because they are so common, with many no longer even bothering to migrate from Massachusetts. :cool:
So on the photo, I like how Mom is oof, and she becomes "background" to the tiny beaks and closed eyes of the goslings. They stirred every few minutes to nuzzle more tightly into the pile, for warmth I guess. And this was the best of the lot. ie: most eyes and beaks showing.
Wild, taken spring of 07, next to the pond on the campus of Pine Manor College, Brookline, MA.
Thoughts?
At least some points for "cute factor"? :o
