Bag from a nioce holiday at the country of Norway I had the opportunity to photograph this annimal olmost at my bagyard. Strange because this is a bird comming from Azia and not normaly seen in Holland.

Great pose, sharpness and colors. But the background distracts IMO. It perhaps could also benefit from more space at the bottom, top and to the left. JR

Great sharpness, posture and I really like the habitat in the background. I would suggest lightening the eye perhaps a slight bit?

I personally like the background as it includes enough details to tells us of the birds habitat. You have exposed the bird well as you have good details throughout. I love the raised foot. I also agree with Chris that lightening the eye a bit to show off the color might be worth the effort. Overall an enjoyable image; thanks for sharing.

I love the BG in the half behind the bird, but not so much the half in front (the culprits being the large horizontal brown grasses). I agree your subject is rather tight in the frame - specifically top and bottom. I agree with lightening the eye. Great view of the large foot, and nice HA.

excellent shot. raised foot is plus to me. some cloning work on bg can make this more interesting
