Quite a shy species to get close to, but this one was a bit confiding and allowed me a couple of pictures.

Canon 1D Mark III with Canon 500 f/4

1/800, f/7.1, Evaluative Metering, Aperture Priority, ISO 640, +1/3 EC

I like the angle, pose, BG and eye contact. Sharpness looks good, too, I might crop a tad off the top and maybe add a bit canvas on the left.

Included more space on the left and took off a bit on top. How does it look now?

Definitely needs tighter crop from the top. In fact I'd have cropped closer from the left, top (a lot) and right.

The repost sure looks better Dr., Loved the Pose, details and BG. my personel choice would be add some canvas down... still I loved this image.. congrats..

Thanks for the appreciation John. I did not take out more space from the top, as the frame was looking a bit too long, horizontally.
