Neat pose, I like the dropped wings. The bird is way too tight in the frame, and he is looking away from you, head also appears to be softer than the rest, try locking focus on the eye then re-compose

Agree with the above. Another point to look out for is the quality of light and the angle it is coming from. Here it is quite harsh (midday-ish?), and coming somewhat from behind the turkey causing the face to be in shadow. Since this guy is a regular it would be worth it to go back to try again - make sure to have the sun behind you, and give it enough room in the frame!

Good points above about the crop, the sharpness, and the light angle. This sounds like an opportunity to get a great shot with a little planning and persistence.
