cs3 and camera raw 5.2

Hi all,
is it true that cs3 don`t support th camera raw 5.2
I am a new ower of 5D Mark II and someone told me that for 5.2 camera raw I need the cs4

Hi Manos- The bad news is that ACR 5.2 is only compatible with Ps CS4. Here's what Adobe says:

"The Camera Raw 5.2 plug-in is not compatible with versions of Photoshop earlier than Photoshop CS4 or versions of Photoshop Elements earlier than Photoshop Elements 6."

I read that you have to convert the RAW file to DNG first in order to be able to use ACR 4.6.
