Good angle, head angle, sharpness and BG. Is the yellowish cast due to early/late light? I would give it a tad more room at the left for the 'virtual tail'.

Hi Axel, the image was made a few minutes before sunset.

Thanks, Adams! On second look, I might crop a tad off the bottom.

This is pretty darn good. Cropping to above your signature, as you suggest, would balance it out perfectly. Fantastic head angle :-)

Lovely light, low angle, and exposure. I agree about cropping from the bottom.

You've got a killer yard.

Gorgeous bird, nice light and good setting for this species I think! The low angle rocks! I would suggest to crop some of the bottom, add some canvas to the left and quickmask some of the right into the added canvas after which I would crop some of the right. Maybe adding some to the top would be good as well. Otherwise a lovely shot!

Beautiful image Adams, lovely light, agree with the crop , i would also clone out the distracting brown oof object behind the bird...

Fantastic low angle shot Adam. Cropping the OOF at the bottom of the frame would add to the image. Agree with Mohan on cloning the OOF object behind the bird too.
