This was taken few days ago.. settings were -
40D, Sigma 50-500mm @ 500mm handheld
1/1600 sec, f/8 Mode: Av Metering: Evaluative Exp comp: -1/3 ISO: 400
Increased saturation, reduced bg NR and applied usm. All C&C will be appreciated.

Great shot, it's nice that you could get so close, whites are exposed properly and eye is sharp. I'd add some space to the top right near the tail. well done.

Great pose. Exposure and sharpness look good.
Love the slightly open bill and the eye contact.

Excellent head angle and sharpness, catch light a bonus. As mentioned, very tight at right. Nice bird too!
