Very lovely but if the head had been exactly parallel to the imaging sensor it would be much more powerful. Excellent exposure. Do see the HAP thread in eager to learn.

Very appealing image Manos Like the pose and love the eye contact Whites are close to having no detail and would like so see the eye in one of the intersecting thirds

For this intimate images having razor sharp beak eye etc is a must Would bump up the usm !!!!

Very nice, Manos. I like the composition and the inimate feel of this image. I might give it another round of sharpening, and would consider cloning out the piece of feather that's touching the right side of the frame.

Im not sure that a bird preening is the best opportunity for this tight of a portrait. It just seems a bit busy for me.
