Very good and sharp! great pose and sure must be a tough adversary for your AF system and BIF ability. I love it. Maybe I would sharpen around the head just a little more. Thanks for sharing. :)

Not the ideal light IMO, maybe fill flash would have helped here.
Nice pose, detail, exposure and sharpness though.
Congratulations!

Hey Gary, This is the best image of yours that I have seen. Nice wing position, sharp, a great head angle, and some good work afterwards with the less than ideal light. Keep it up.

Nicely done. These guys are really elusive because of their rapid changes of direction. Congratulations.

fantastic image, might suggest a vertical crop., pretty fine details, and the light could not be much better, and still give you enough speed.

Always great to get these small guys so well captured in flight. I take my hat off to you. Congrats.

It was a tough photographic morning with the sun at our backs and the wind in our faces. I think it's a great image Gary. Swallows in flight with a tail wind are a real challenge with a 600mm lens. I would boost saturation a bit though.

Light may not be perfect, but I really love this picture. Love the wing spread and what a sharp details you have. This little guy are hard to capture in flight and you did a very good job getting one, i'm really jealous.
