Sid,
Any idea what leaves it is eating? Nice capture. The flowers give a feeling of a walk in the park.
Cheers,

Hi Sid, what a lovely soft and yet powerful image. I looked at it and it made me think of the bears we saw last summer in the frolicking in the lupine in Alaska. I enjoyed the image so much that I then put a cherry on the cake and enjoyed the images on your website and the images on your blog.
Thank you for the feast!! :D:D

Wonderful shot. The flowers go very well with the bear. The plant in it's mouth is a great bonus. Beautiful light.

Sid, I like this a lot for all the reasons stated above. On my work monitor the face and top of the head look a tad bright? I wonder if a bit of burning may help? Could be the monitor.

Stunningly beautiful Sid. I agree with ed's idea of the top of the image needing some darkening. I used a Graduated Neutral Density filter form Nix Color Effex Complete.
I'd also sharpen the eyes selectively, which I didn't do on the repost.

Bears and lupine, what could be a better combination! Great composition, and I do like Fab's darkening of the top.

what a pleasing shot! Fabs' repost works wonders. I would love to go to Alaska and the Yukon one day...

I like 'em both; I'm stickin' with the OP - the softness - less contrast - is special in this particular image.

Beautiful one Sid, loved both the posts. The flowers make this with the grass in its mouth. congrats..

Beautiful image! Love the inclusion of the lupine. Adds a nice splash of color.
