Another form this past Saturday. Taken in a brief moment of nice light on a cloudy day. We are now locked in clouds and rain here in the northeast for the rest of the week. So it is now time for some image editing.

The golden water color sets this off nicely. These ducks are very skittish here in Maine. My one and only shot is from a truck window and about 100 feet away. But I was able to get him and his girlfriend in the same frame. Both just a tad smaller than your shown here. You did well with sharpness and the water drops are a big bonus. Nice eye contact too.

Very nice details, exposure control and water colors. I might put the bird a little bit higher in the frame.

Lovely water color and exposure. I would crop some off the left and top.

Very nice exposure control. Both whites and blacks have good detail. The golden water really sets the duck off here. Shame he has his neck all tucked in (as they almost always do when I'm around as well).
