Send more! ;)

I agree and hope someone here will join it, as that is what we have here. So there must be some sons or daughters that could benefit. Afterall, its a freebe and includes many extras. I'm sure any school would be happy to have a participant there.

We'll see if others show up.

Thanks for posting!

As a former student, now a volunteer mentor with the college program, I can attest that it is a terrific program.

These programs provide a fast track to a career in nature and wildlife photography. Each year, scholarship students walk away with priceless connections, job opportunities, publication opportunities, and more. Many folks, including Artie and others, offer priceless time and insight to each of the students.

This year, the college scholarship program is developing a conservation photography field trip, outside Reno, NV. This project will provide the opportunity for the students to use photography as a communication tool to highlight a conservation project and engage the public on the issue. A multimedia slideshow will be developed, presented at NANPA and featured at a number of locations.

Here are some quick pictures from past years:

Joe, Thanks for your posting. It's good to see the results of efforts of those of us who are NANPA members. It is a great organization and well worth the support of this group. Being a founding member, I can attest that it is a young (though I'm not ;)) and growing organization that is and will continue to be a major force in promotion of the field of nature photography in the future. The youth of photography will keep it going and keep the love of nature photography alive.

Congratulations for your past participation in the program and thank you for showing that it does work.

Totally depends on the scholarship program.

I'm pretty sure the NANPA program has a few more weeks of open submission.
