CF to SD adapter?

I know that there are numerous adapters which enable you to put an SD card into a CF sized slot. What I'm looking for is one that's reverse: an adapter that enables you to put a CF card into an adapter size for SD slots. A number of the smaller laptops and netbooks have slots for SD, among numerous others of the smaller variety cards but not for CF cards, and that would be my usage... just trying to reduce what I carry.

I have never seen this and I searched for one for a client.

I searched lots of places too and came up empty handed. I finally ended up buying another Lexar UDMA SF/CF card reader which doesn't take up much space...
