Good tuesday mornin'.
This one had a selection, radial spin blur and then a zoom blur.....that's the basic work!

Dave, This really came out terrific! I love the simplicity of the composition and this is a great way to get a smooth BG !! I just love how the petal colors get pulled out!!

Very nice result Dave. Love the BG and the yellow flower and the slight blur effect, very neat!!!

Very nice, Dave! Like the simplicity and the effects you used. The colors are very nice too. I would just suggest running a little NR on the BG.
