Fabs, can you tell us more about what you mean by "mixed in the camera?" I'm sure others are going to want to know what you did as well. This is stunning! I love the way the peach tones have a near glow to them. Wow!

If it is what I think it is, Julie; it is something that we Canon shooters can't do in camera. It is a Nikonian specialty. I believe you can do multiple exposures in camera with a Nikon but not Canon. We would have to combine exposures in PP. But hey, I could be wrong! It wouldn't be the first time! :(:o

That said, it is a beautiful image. Well done, Fabs.

Thanks, guys.
Jules, Ed is correct, multiple exposures is a feature of some Nikon DSLRs. The camera makes the calculations for exposure based on the number of them and mixes them for you. They used to have also Image Overlay, that mixed two RAW files (percentage of opacity to your taste) and creates a third RAW file, but they stopped having that in the latest models.

Beautiful colours and has a nice dreamy feel Fabs. Like your tighter vertical crop too. And I love the shades of purple.

Very dreamy image Fabs. Love it. I guess Canon don't want to give too much to the masses. :( Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful, Fabs. Just wishing the green were a little lighter. Love the effect you achieved and the yummy colors. I will have to try this with my Nikon.

I like the repeating pattern and colors though the inclusion of the leaf in the lower right bothers me as it seems out of place with the rest.

Interesting effect that Nikon came up with. Water Lilies are very hard to shoot.
