Capture 1 4.8 freezes my PC!

Hi guys,
I was trying the c1 pro 4.8.1, when I run the sw my computer freezes :o when I try to open a CR2 or NEF file, I have to hard reset my PC. Does anyone know if there is a fix?

Have you tried Phase One's website and support forums. How about emailing them.
