Hi Thomas

For these images the first thing I notice is feel and this is has it in abundant quantity !!! Wow !!! I"m having a sensory overload !!!

Very well presented and composed, dreamy looking bg and as noted tremendous feel !!! Big Congrats !!!

I'm glad you noticed the feel I tried to emphase.I think orchids are very hard to
shoot,and to do full justice of their beauty.

Thomas, I think this is one of the best images you've ever put up here. Please tell us more about how you achieved that interesting BG.

The "feel" is deep and rich and the drops at the bottom of the leaves - great touch!

Thanks all!
The BG is made by grass in the lenshood.You can call it the old analog school of
making pictures.I like to make the most in the camera to shorten the PP-time
in Photoshop.

Just a beautiful image here Thomas. Seeing your great work makes me wish that I had time to go back and re-photograph the Showy Lady Slipper orchids that I saw last weekend,

I second everything said above. Additionally, the water drops add a lot to the picture as well.
