I'm using BreezeBrowser Pro for my RAW conversion. The images have a distinct red cast after being converted to TIF. Any suggestions?

Hi Jeff, sounds like the whitebalance is wrong to me, I click on a 'neutral grey' [NOT white] part of the image with the cursor to make a 'custom white balance' point. My memory tells me (and it can be wrong a LOT of times) that older versions of BBP worked a different way, what version are you using (latest is 1.9.4)

Hi Jeff

I have the same problem. Now using ACR to convert and use BB for initial editing. What camera body do you use?

I've seen it on images from my 5D and 40D. BB version 1.7.2.

Hi Jeff Another vote for LR In light room if you still have a cast it is possible to create a pre set and apply to all imports !! Can even tweak different model cameras !!!

Hmm, after closer inspection, it seems to only affect the 40D images. I do change the camer model for RAW conversion between the two. The 5D images convert fine.

Hi Jeff ... that is one of the advantages of using LR ... can built the correction for the specific camera as a pre set !!! ....btw I also apply capture sharpening and its working fine .. does help evaluating for selecting.

Unfortunately I don't have LR or ACR. I'm working with CS2 and BB, converting images for a contest.

Jeff,

Canon, Nikon or some other format. When I was using Nikon I did not like BB conversions at all. I used ACR instead.
