Jackie, I think this is one of the most beautiful calla lilies I've ever seen - I think it being a wild plant makes it even better than one most of us buy and photograph from a florist.

I do wish we could see the way the flower twists to get to the point that is sticking out but I love this comp as well. Gosh, you did such a great job on the lighting...it's really amazing. My only suggestion would be to clean up the little bit at the bottom of the frame where the two leaves separate enough so that you see to the forest floor. I'd take that little bit to black as it pulls my eye away whereas the rest of the BG really works.

Hi Jackie, I love the light on the flower but the dappled light on the BKGR is distracting. If you wish, it would not be too hard to darken the BKGR and eliminate the highlights there....

Hi Jackie, Agree with Artie and Julie and as stated the warm lighting is a large factor in the success of the image...
