It seems ironic that I(from South Carolina) drive to no Ohio and Magee Marsh Area on Lake Erie and end up shooting this bird.
There were two pair acting as if to set up territory along the boardwalk. This bird was shot near the beginning of boardwalk from the tower so I was actually shooting down as the bird sang.

everything seems to me perfect in position. exosure, singing pose, catch light, eyecontact.
The only thing i feel is that running NR over the entire image is not a good idea and you lost some details in bird and the perch due to NR.

Love the singing pose. I find the perch a little busy, and it's a little too centered in the frame. I agree with Mital that the entire image looks like it's been noise reduced. Thanks for posting!

Great find, singing pose and eye contact. Adding to the other comments, I wish the branch were not parallel to the tail.
