Superb portrait Steve. Sweet light, and I like the warmer colours in this. This is sharp with good detail, and the hint of the tongue adds to the image. I really enjoy these portrait images of buck/antelope, especially when you have perfect lighting conditions. Congrats.

super shot! no nits from me - the pose is great, so is the light and detail. which antelope is this? I saw them on TV the other day - quite quick if I'm not mistaken?

I love the image and the BKGR and the COMP and the quality of the light, but would have preferred the additional detail that would have come had you been working right down the sun angle. As presented, the side of the face that we see is in the shade.

Thanks for the comments everyone.

Morkel, you are correct, these guys are commonly accepted as 2nd only to the cheetah for fastest land animal. They've got a little more stamina though.
