While visiting fields in India, I was surprised to see so many species of bird at one place.
This is a female species which was very co-operative for two days I was there. I also tried to photograph the the male counterpart but even though I got the pic, it did not come up to my expectations.

Its a crop from horizontal to vertical, Also removed some twigs from the left side.

I would like to know your opinion and as I am here to learn so please be straightforward :).

Thanks.

Nice isolation and two tone background.
Too bad the neck feathers are not even or is this a field mark(I do not know this bird)
The perched stance resembles our Mockingbird.

I love the two tones in BG, nice light, perch, pose, detail, sharpness, colors, and comp. Congratulations!

Despite the high and back lights this image is quite nice by its smooth bg and nice pose of bird.
