This was taken at a local NJ garden usnig a Canon Rebel and a Sima 180mm macro with a 1.4 tele-extender and a 20mm extension tube. A MT24 twin flash was set +2&1/3, at f32, 1/100th of a second handheld.

Hey Roman, excellent behavior shot. Nice details. The flash caused some hot spots on the lower body, but not bad. Great find and well done.

A smashing capture of this lovely behaviour, and a rather unique looking pose / perch combination for this as well. As mentioned the flash is a bit over the top, and in all honesty I don’t think a twin flash really helps with this subject material due to their very reflective nature, especially in the eyes regions.
But little quibbles aside - what a moment to witness!!
