Pose, reflection and composition look good. I would sharpen the bird more. A vertical crop might look good, too.

Very nice! The early (or late) light is perfect with the calm water. Excellent composition here - I'm glad you didn't crop the reflection as many people do. Not only is this one of the more difficult peeps to photograph, but the pose really puts this over the top. Well done.
