Took this yesterday morning at Shark Valley. This pair made the trip worth it. Nothing else happening really. This is my first post here. Comments and critiques are much appreciated.

Hi Harold,

You have started oiff with a nice first post. The action you've captured is great. I like the head on view and the blue sky bg, but wish the light wasn't as harsh and wasn't from the side. The image also appears slightly soft throughout. I would apply some more USM to just the birds, and try to lighten up the shadowed areas on the right side of both birds using the SH tool selectively.

thanks jim for the help. i went back and tried exactly what you were talking about and it worked pretty well. the one time i leave the tripod in the truck. wished now i had taken it out.

I agree with Jim N. but I also know this was a fast grab shot and we had no time for any adjusting and only
time for pushing the shutter !
