You nailed the form. A wonderful haiku. And "Heaven can't be far..." What a line. It should be the title of an album cover by Dylan or Delaney and Bonnie or someone with that kind of vibe.

I'm standing up clapping on the inside, Kerry...I truly am! What a sense of peace the image provides and then those words - I'll bet heaven does look a bit like this only even more technicolor than we can ever imagine! That was lovely.
