Cool pose and eye contact. I also like the inclusion of the vegetation. Maybe a bit more contrast?

Agree with Al, it might be my favorite of your posted images. It's got it all, ha, wing position, light and detail. No nits from me just congrats on a fine image.

Killer pose, and the vegetation adds alot to the image...very cool! I love the peek-a-boo talons :-) I'm with Axel for more contrast, but I do realize your preference is normally otherwise. I would maybe clean up the greenish OOF area in LLC.

Well done. I like the wing and head position which resulted in a good catch light. Nice job with the whites on the tail which are difficult to get exposed correctly. The vegetation is placed perfectly within the frame. I would consider eliminating the oof "stuff" LLC.

Fabs:

Lovely pose with excellent detail in both wings. Looks powerful/purposeful to me.

I agree with Axel and Daniel, that at least on my monitor, the bird looks a little flat. I tried both a slight contrast boost, and also a very slight downward curve adjustment in the bottom 1/4 of the curve after fixing the rest of the curve. I really liked the latter effect.

Besides giving just a bit more, snap to the feathers, it brought the eye out a bit more.

As everyone has said, a lovely image.

Killer pose for sure, nice pp adjustment Randy, just a touch more space between bird and vegetation would have been nice.

Love the pic Fabs, super posture and comp.
If I have to be over critical I would suggest clealing up the fuzzy green in the bottom left hand corner from OOF leaves, I found it pulling my eye to this spot away from the subject.

Fabs, excellent flight angle, and I like how he flying over the vegatation, and I like the detail from the top of the wing too. Congrats on an outstanding image.
