Theme: Liquid/Ibis Abstract

I did alot of different effects but I did a liquid treatment over entire image.

I really, really like this! The colors are fantastic and really emphasize the abstract feel. There is just enough of the bird(s) to anchor this in a foundation of reality, yet allow it to create such a different and pleasing composition. The way the liquify filter affected the beaks gives the whole image an almost comical feeling. I like the framing, too. I have no ideas on improving this. Really terrific work!

Neat effect and abstract Denise, I really like the colours and the repeating pattern of the bird(s). Can't get any entries done this week as I just have my laptop and no Photoshop (just Aperture for Mac). Looks like a lot of fun (again):)

Thanks D! You know I'd be in the thick of it if I could. Have looked through all of the images for the "Flipped" theme and they look great!
