An image from my recent trip to Giants Castle. I often try a wider angle to include some of the magnificent mountain backgrounds. I have recently struggled with a yellow-green cast in my posts. I have done some research on colour shifts on the net, and I hope this looks better. Your comments will be greatly appreciated:)

As much as I like the birds great pose, it is the magnificent BG that amazes me :)

Great idea to go for a wide crop since the BG is wonderful. Details on the bird look good, too. The top of the wings is a bit overexposed and I think there is still some color cast. I'm wondering why the area around the wing tips looks greenish.

Thanks guys! Must say I cannot see a colour cast, maybe my monitor needs to be recalibrated..

I agree with Axel, there's still a slight yellowish color cast, besides that PP detail, the comp, detail, light, BG and impact are stunning! Congratulations!

I like the incoming pose with the details in the flight feathers. The tail angle controlling the turn is lovely - these birds are such magnificent fliers and this captures it well. BG is great. I am seeing the greenish haze around the wing tips that Axels mentioned.

I'm with Fabs......great bird but a priceless BG. I think this is one that needs to be seen in a large wall size to truly appreciate its beauty. Excellent.

Chris, your images are always a pleasure to view. The wing line across the cloud line is exceptional!

Chris, great banking angle, and I like how the tail is visible showing exactly how they use it to turn. Superb BG, and cast already covered.

Super shot with inclusion of the mountain - like the wider approach. Chris, still notice the yellow-ish cast on my screen.

Thanks again guys! I personally like to boost the yellows a bit to make the overall image warmer - just a personal thing.

Chris -
Two thumbs up!
Exquisite image here.

I see no undesirable color cast in this one.
