Can a mod explain what is "hand of man".

I note that some pictures get moved because the poster states sharpening, crop etc and yet others state post processing and don't get moved.

Surely it would be far easier to just have Captive and Wild as I think most pictures are post processed in ways.

Hand of Man isn't neccessarily indicitive of the use, or lack of use, of post processing. It's an indication that the image includes elements that are man made. For instance, Artie posted a bald eagle with a red background. That background was a man made object. Hand of Man. I'm more in tune with the technical side of things, so I'll let one of our other Publishers take a crack at this one ;)

Hi Pete,

As Blake said, basically images that include elements that are man-made such as fences, fence posts, barbed wire, buildings, etc.

Got it, I misunderstood the "Hand of Man" totally :)

Now I know :)
