Hey all,
I have a photo shoot coming up at the end of the summer.I will have a 10X10 display booth in an outdoor --large tent pavillion. The booth is 10X10---and will not require its own canopy.
I was there three years ago with a set up, but the panels I use are large, heavy and bulky.
I am again looking for a solution for panels--but they are really expensive---and before I bite the bullet and buy them, I am wondering if any of you have good suggestions for panel display solutions.
Thanks!

There are popup displays that are available. You can get them with "fabric" panels. The whole thing fits in a 12x12x40 box with wheels. This usually weighs about 50#. You can probably rent one fairly cheap. Then you could attach things to the display with velcro(likely how you did before). The display has an expandable frame that you attach struts to, then attach the fabric panels. It is fairly easy for anyone above 5'4" to set up. If you are near a major city, you could call a display company in town about rental.
