The Least Pygmy-Owl is one of the smallest owls in the world, at just about 14cm tall. They inhabit the Atlantic Rainforest, where this one was photographed.

ISO 125 - on tripod
Flash on manual, probably to 1/2 power.

Great use of flash! I would only suggest to decenter the bird a bit, but other than that, I like it, niece pose, great BG colors, detail, exposure and textures. Congratulations!

Ditto Ramon. Adding on his comments I would desaturate the sky in the BG, and run some NR on it too.

Owwww. So cute and so fluffy ( I mean beautiful ). This owl is surely from a good breed as it is multi colored and also has yellow shaded feet
