This one is from Xi'an in China and I thought it would be a good way of celebrating Asian art theme in using an image from Emperor Quin's Terracotta army. I took this photo when I visited Xi'an in 2007. This soldier (possibly a general) is in the museum in a glass case. I used multiple layers and masks to remove the reflection on glass and background and then applied sumi-e filter. Hope you like it. C&C welcome.

Indranil, Looks like a masterpiece! The black BG looks very nice with the tones of the image I'd love to see your chop applied.

Indranil, this is very "Asian" indeed! I think that this guy is a "kneeling archer" but I could be mistaken? A chop would be great here!

You don't need any calligraphy to get the oriental feeling across here :)

Denise, Dan, Fabs, thanks for the comments. Here is the version with the chop...

Dan, you are correct... this is the kneeling archer.
