Taken in Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary. The gator is on a log with reflection in water.

Excellent !!!! You sure had some good light and no traffic when you made the image Beautiful reflection and skin tones on the gator Might suggest posting to 800 Will be easier to view detail !!! Have not been to Corkscrew for a while Can be a productive place !!!!

It was a rainy day and very overcast. There was not one other person along the boardwalk the whole afternoon I was there. I was amazed how calm the water was.

Glad you recc'd I change the upload to 800. Much easier to see the details.

Thanks...

Great reflection and nicely saturated colors.. I wish the gator was facing the other direction it would be killer then....

Wonderful image Jay. Shame that the gator's nose is buried in the clump of grass and missing from the reflection. Can't always get the wildlife to cooperate can we?

Jay this gator and its reflection make it look like it's a pair of Siamese twins. Nice image.

I remember waiting to see if he would change positions or at least turn his head toward me. Oh well...
