This is one of the clematis that is growing on my fence.

Hi Julie, I like the composition a lot. The stamens don't seem real crisp on my monitor, I tried another round of sharpening but I didn't see much change. - John

John, there's a chance I had one or more of my extension tubes attached that day - that could be why the stamen aren't quite as crisp. I felt like they matched the softness of the petals without being too soft overall so I went ahead and posted it.

Lovely image - liked the composition a lot - nice and symmetric. Just the apt DOF IMO. Love those whites !

Hey Jules,
Now this one may have tempted me for f32.....strong lines seem to conflict with the soft whites.......still there? Even if the lines go black......strong leading lines!
