I was out with my boys photographing bugs when my son spotted this guy. First and only time I have ever seen one. (that I think is one of the coolest things about doing Macros; every time I go out, I see somthing new)

Can't believe so much detail in the hairy feet. I would go back on the sharpening of the dark part. Incredible creature!! Congratulations, Jody :)

What a cool subject, I like the comp also. Havent shot one of these guys before. Very cool.

Whas the image taken at night? The only problem for me is the very dark background. Looks like a full power auto flash image. I usually dial in the ambient and put the flash on manual so it matches the ambient exposure.
