One of my favourate ducks. Taken a couple of weeks ago at one of the local birding spots in Pretoria. The BG is water.

Great display of near wing in this full forward position. Nice detail in the blacks. I don't see a lot of detail in the face whites, but I don't know if they were blown and you brought them back.
I think the duck is angling a tiny bit away,but the head angle is good to my eye. Dangling feet fun.
You might consider knocking down the bill sheen a bit.
I might add a bit of canvas in front and on the top.
I am curious about the whites, whether you had to do any work on them.

Lovely feather detail - agree on toning down the bright reflections on the bill. A looser crop may be an option.
