This is a Green tree anole (Norops biporcatus)
Even though it looks like the picture was taken on a set up, actually it was taken in the wild.:)
Pay attention to the dewlap (on his throat) he is inflating it to let me know he does not like me. They also do it to attract females and to repel possible predators.
