Same here. Kind of dark.

I would try to see if I could add some "light" to the head. Good pose and details.

Love the outstretched talons, but the image appears a bit dark and the bird's head gets a little lost in the wing. I think Axel makes some good suggestions on how to improve the image.

I took everyone's suggestions and tweaked your image a bit. I was limited by the file size, but think it perked up a bit. Lightened the bird, brightened eye selectively, increased contrast of beak to help separate it.

Fantastic pose with the second image looking much better. The head does still blend in a 'tad' but thats just being picky really, everall a great shot!
